Charl van Schalkwyk grew up in the highlands of the Eastern Cape of South Africa. He spent most of his summer's in the wine country of the Western Cape, where he developed an interest for fine wines as well as a love and passion for viticulture. After backpacking through Europe for two years, he returned to Stelenbosch, South Africa to continue his education in Viticulture and complete his post-graduate studies in Cellar Technology at Elsenburg Agricultural College. GROUPS OF 8+ ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A PRIVATE TASTING TO ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE After completing a tasting, wine is available for purchase by the glass or bottle to enjoy on or off premises.
