Due to the perishable nature of our gift box contents, we only ship using overnight delivery services. The couriers are instructed to leave all packages in a safe location at the destination address if there is no answer and provide a delivery notice as to exactly where the package was left. Please provide any instructions you wish for the couriers - i.e. please leave with neighbor or please leave around side by back gate. We are also happy to ship to an alternative address such as the recipient's workplace. We ship on Mondays-Thursdays and on Fridays with additional costs incurred for Saturday delivery. Our cut-off time for orders is 10am - any orders placed after 10am will be shipped out the next delivery day - for Friday orders placed after 10am, orders would be shipped out Monday for a Tuesday delivery. You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
