Shipping charges apply to all other quantities. Pennsylvania state sales tax (6%) is of course applicable. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania now charges residents $.50 per bottle as a Direct Shipping Excise Tax as a result of the Act 39 Liquor Bill that was implemented beginning in August 2016.  

This will show up on your invoice as "PA Shipping (if any) & PA Excise Tax" and will be $6.00 for a case (12 bottles) of wine shipped.
