Culinaria Wine and Culinary Arts Festival Culinaria is a world class experience. One that truly reflects the confluence of culture only found in San Antonio. We proudly display chefs from this great city and bring in distinguished chefs from around the globe. To ensure a great week long series of events we also highlight winemakers from Texas and around the world and spirit producers play a role in making this a meaningful experience for our guests. The mission of Culinaria is to promote San Antonio as a premiere destination for wine and food while fostering community growth and enrichment. The festival started as a group of friends enjoying wine and food together and we strive to maintain that festive elegance and meaningful experience. During the week of the festival you can enjoy many different types of events, we appeal to all types of attendees offering everything from casual to upscale dining options. We offer Winemaker Dinner series in local high end restaurants as well as elaborate evenings of sampling the best the city has to offer in unique and exciting settings.
