Rescheduling and Cancelling Reservations Our destinations are very busy and by making a reservation through CellarPass, you are not only letting them know you are coming, but many of them make special preparations for those who take the time to make an appointment. So it's equally important to cancel or reschedule if you cannot honor your committment as it is to make one. Since it is just as easy to reschedule or cancel as it was to make the reservation, we ask that you take the time to let them know in case your trip or schedule may change. You may reschedule and cancel your reservation(s) online by logging into your My Account, select the Reservations tab and either click "Cancel" or "Modify" buttons.

If any of the buttons are missing, your reservation will need to be cancelled by calling the winery or destination directly. "Modify" will allow you to change your reservation if you fall within the reservation's cancellation policy. "Cancel" will allow you to complete cancelation of your reservation. We're sorry, but CellarPass cannot assist you with rescheduling or cancellations, so if you do have additional questions or needs, please contact the winery directly. We typically visit boutique family-owned vineyards that produce handcrafted wines only available through the tasting room.  That means you’ll get to taste and purchase an exclusive selection that often times, only a tour experience like this can offer. Winemakers will greet you as friends. If you wish, you may walk through the vineyards and learn how wines are produced. While every tour is different, we commonly visit two wineries in the morning, then have a delicious lunch at one of our favorite restaurants and visit two more wineries in the afternoon before heading back to your hotel. You are also welcome to make specific winery requests – after all, it is your day and the choice is yours. Because of the intimate size of our tours, we are able to visit a wide variety of wineries, from nationally known brands to tiny one-acre vineyards. Once the tour is over, we are more than happy to ship your wine purchases home for you. Tours are in luxury SUVs, accommodating up to six people with comfortable leather seating and water on ice.
