We interviewed Mike to learn more ...  Q:  What’s the history of Somedays and when did it open?   Somedays Bistro, formerly The Wine Guy, was opened under its new name in February, 2016.  Many staff from the former ownership were retained under the new name.

It’s a great place to hang out for both patrons and employees! Q:  What inspired you to buy the bistro? I have been in the food industry for more than 20 years and my father owned and operated a Wine shop for 30 years, so it was a natural transition for me  to operate a Wine Bistro. I always thought of owning my own place “Someday” and this opportunity came along at the right time. Q: What sets Somedays apart from the competition? We specialize in great tastes that you can’t find at a chain type restaurant and we look for tastes from all over the world, and these tastes include food, wine and craft beers. Q: What are your most popular menu items? On the dinner menu: The Ribeye steak, Scallop Dishes and we have quite a reputation for our Risotto.  On the Lunch menu:  of all our sandwiches the “Envious Mother Clucker” is by far our most popular!
