Wineries included Victoriabourg Wine Estate, Dr. Konstantin Frank, Lakewood Abby, McIntosh, Montezuma and Thirsty Owl. In 2016 all 3 floors of the Holiday Valley Lodge were hopping with great music. The second floor featured "Buffalo's Greatest Party Band", Hit N Run. The fun upbeat swing sound of the Tim Britt Band filled the air on the first floor. Michael Nugent's dreamy voice set the mood in the Wine Cellar on the ground floor. A FREE photo booth was located just inside the festival on the first floor. Each ticket included a $5 voucher redeemable for food in the cafeteria. The menu included German favorites like sausage and pretzles, plus dogs, burgers, fries and poutine. EVL Cheese store supplied cheese in the wine cellar, along with smoked meats from Dom's Butcher Block of Ellicottville . What's Poppin' Gourmet Popcorn was set up on the first floor deck and it was tough to resist the wonderful aroma of the Bavarian Nut Company! Gary Liota from Santiago Cigars was hand rolling cigars on the second floor deck.
