The wine bar opens daily at 4pm and is a great place both for a (few) drink(s) and for dinner! Our restaurant (which is really our wine bar, let’s face it :-)) serves a selection of homemade, seasonal small dishes. They’re great to share (or not) and make for a truly interesting experience where you can multiply the food and wine pairings throughout the evening! I've been to some wine tastings during which you wish the speaker would cut it short, but we were hanging on their every word - so interesting!! And we got to try several wines - mostly... We have been to many, many wine tastings and this ranks among the best. The tasting guide was delightful and extremely knowledgeable. He had a wonderful ability to make the complexity of French wine easy to understand. The variety was good as was the quality. A fun group of people as well. We really enjoyed our tasting at O Chateau! We sampled wine from Bordeaux, Alsace, Loire, and Champagne. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They also have charcuterie and cheeses for purchase to help with the wine-the pours are generous so be sure to snack as you drink. We had a wonderful wine tasting. The instructor was funny & very informative. Got to try 2 reds, 2 whites & a champagne! Highly recommend to anyone who is a wine lover ! We booked one of their "last-minute deals" the night before on their website and saved 20%, which made the tasting even more affordable.

Although you can add cheese and meats to your package, they also provide bread to cleanse the palate. But really, it's about the wine—you receive five glasses of different wines (3 red, 2 white) and one champagne.... My husband and I did the 2 hour wine tasting class. We really enjoyed it! The person leading the tasting was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about not only the regions from where we were drinking, but wine in general. We ordered the charcuterie and cheese platter with our tasting and it was fantastic! Would definitely recommend if... First, the place looks absolutely wonderful! I've included a couple of pictures. We purchased a Paris pass which included a wine tasting session. There is an app that you can download to test your skills in various aspects of wine and wine making. I did not particularly like the app design. The tour is set to include all 5 senses... We were traveling with a group of four and we opted to do this on our last night prior to going to dinner and it was so fun.
