Charm and cozy environment, the place is one of the greatest spot to have a special lunch at Colchagua. Pillar is a top chef and very kind. The food were awesome. Just as memorable, and even more personal, Pillar Rodriguez and her Food and Wine Studio are world class. Dear Mark, We are so thrilled that you spend a great time with us!

This is a great reward for something we love and work everyday to make it happen. We hope to have you again at the studio in the near future. Thanks again, Cheers from Colchagua!! Came here for a light lunch. We ordered the steak flat breads which were excellent and a couple glasses of wine. Service was not the quickest or most efficient however we were in no rush and would come back again. Nice winebar with excellent light meals. The wines are good, but nothing over the top.
