The fun bit - create your Gift List The first decision to make is to decide what type of wines you want on your list. The most popular type of list we offer is a selection of wines, fine wines and Champagne with the intention of enjoying their gifts on future anniversaries or special occasions, but the choice is entirely yours. Alternatively, some couples set up their Gift List with the wines they've chosen to drink on the day. This can be a great way for guests to contribute to the costs of the big day. The Majestic website is at your side to give you an idea of what we have to offer, but we strongly recommend a visit to your local Majestic store to discuss your list and personal requirements. Our expert staff can offer advice and recommendations to help you put together a wine list that will be unique and special to you. We recommend choosing between 10-15 wines at mixed prices so that your guests have a varied list to choose from. How does the Wedding List Service work? How do I add products to my wedding list? How do we ensure that guests do not all purchase the same wine? How do we inform our guests? How can guests find our Wedding List page? What if we would like to have wines which Winedirect.co.uk does not list? How much is delivery? Are the wines gift wrapped or packaged in presentation boxes? On the Wedding Services page click on 'Register Wedding'. If you are a new customer to winedirect.co.uk then we ask you to first register as a customer. Once you have done this you will be prompted to set up your Wedding List page. Entering the full names of the Wedding Couple or Party Hosts. Entering details of wedding/party date and venue. Entering an introductory paragraph about your wedding which will display on your Wedding list page. Finally please click on the Wine List Closed/Open button and change to Open. Once you have successfully set up a wedding list, a new button will be added on each detailed product page - 'Add to Wedding'.

We will then add them to our webshop so that you can select them for your list. Delivery is free for wedding items if sent in bulk to the venue or to your home up to one month after the wedding. We can also store wines for you and deliver wines as and when you specify. Storage for the first month is free and is then charged at £1.00 per case per month thereafter. After the first month delivery will also be charged as per the current rates prevailing on the website. The choice here is really yours and please do let us know if you would like the wine delivered in normal wine cases or in presentation boxes with gift wrapping. If, for example, a small selection of wines are to be delivered to the venue then guests can select from our range of gift presentation cases and purchase accordingly. If however you select a larger number of wines and we deliver them to your home or store them for some time then you will probably prefer them to arrive in standard wine cartons. Either way it is a good idea to inform your guests of your preference.
