Peter is a co-proprietor of Royal Somló Vineyards in Hungary, crafting Juhfark wines for Michelin-star restaurants. Between 2005 and 2014 he was responsible for the Institute of Masters of Wine's study and examination programmes in Europe, North America and Australasia.
